Bob Schulz Heading North To Phoenix, Arizona

I'm a passenger now in a car driven by our Arizona State Coordinator Terry Bressi. We're driving north to Phoenix where the meeting will begin at 9 o'clock. It's beautiful. It's very pleasant. It's about 62 degrees. Very, very pleasant. Things last night went very well. Terry did a great job. We met at the meeting room at the Mariott Hotel. There were 60 people and good turn out for the little town of Tucson. We're heading to the big city of Phoenix now so we expect a good turn out there too. Last night went very well. We stayed late. Folks had lots of questions. They were all well briefed. There was lots of offers of assistance. We had a man there who's got the equipment and the experience to help us prepare professional public service announcements and radio commercials and that sort of thing.

Well we certainly appreciate their interest. The whole program seems to be going over very well. It's free and it's professional. And it's legal and we're notifying the IRS and the U S Attorneys as we go. We're inviting them to participate. Thus far if they've attended they haven't let us know who they are. But it's going very well. I think the participation has just been marvelous. People have traveled to join in on these meetings, some of them great distances. But you know there are many people like us that have educated ourselves on these issues and we're more or less isolated around the country, and what this organization We The People Congress is doing is organizing the people and bringing them together. There is now an organization that people can turn to when they suspect governmental wrongdoing.

The main objective is to brief everyone on the battle plan. Make sure they understand it. Get it underway. We have a mission of getting some 300,000 combination of companies, individual workers, and independant contractors to retain their money and stop withholding and filing and paying this income tax until the government properly responds to a very proper petition for redress of grievances.

We're realize, especially the larger corporations, and especially those that have defense contracts, they're not going to be very receptive when workers come to them and say look I'd like to terminate my W4 or I'd like to be hired and work without a W4. Many companies are just not going to be very responsive. So we recognize that so all a worker has to do is let us know who to write to and we will have attorneys write to the company, without mentioning the workers name of course, and try to educate that company and their accountants and their CPA's and their lawyers.

Bob Schulz Heading To Tucson, Arizona

This is Bob. I'm heading south from Albuquerque on I-25 back down to the vicinity of El Paso where I'll then turn west where we'll meet in Tucson tonight. Joe Thornton did just a great job, our New Mexico state coordinator, did an outstanding job making the arrangements for the meeting last night at the University of New Mexico at their Continuing Education Center. Nice turn out, very good turn out. Great to see old friends and meet new people.

Well the battle plan. The blue folder with it's content. We went over the statement of facts and the beliefs. We went over the WTP forms one through seven explaining what existing workers need to do to stop withholding and stop filing. And what new hires and independent contractors need to do to legally stop withholding and filing and paying. So we went over that and answered a lot of questions. One bright spot coming out of each of these meetings is the number of people joining the We The People Congress. Obviously congress members are attending these meetings and they're bringing other people with them. And joining right on the spot, they're joining We The People Congress.

We introduced the Legal Defense Association in an article on our web site a month or two ago and now we're really promoting it during this trip. We are going to make a change, an important change. I've asked the office to change the language in the agreement, it's taking longer to get to the 10,000 applicants that we're looking for and the way it's written now they attach their fee, their check or money order to it and send it in. There's no need for us to hang on to their money this long so we're going to change it so the people just send it in, but they make a committment to send in the money when we've reached the level that we're looking for and we'll ask for the payment at that time. So we'll make that change.

Well tonight is in Tucson. Tomorrow morning at 9:30 in Phoenix. And then at 2 in the afternoon their time I'll head back home to celebrate Easter with my family and spend two or three days. And then fly back to Phoenix and continue on. And go over to California and Nevada and up to Oregon and Washington and across the top of the country. I wish everybody stay well and stay vigilant. This a very serious effort to institutionalize vigilance across this country.

Bob Schulz In Albuquerque, New Mexico Tonight

I'm packing up here in El Paso. We had a very well attended standing room only crowd last night. It went extremely well. I'm packing up now. I'm getting on I-10 to head west and on up to Albuquerque, New Mexico where we'll be meeting tonight. Thanks to our state coordinator there, Joe Thornton. He's made arrangements at the University of Continuing Education center. It's an auditorium style meeting room and we're expecting another productive evening. We're gonna move on here. I'm running a little bit behind. More new members for We The People Congress signed up.

Tonight is in Albuquerque. I'm heading up there now. I'm leaving El Paso now. Then Tucson, Phoenix, and then home for Easter. A lot of folks are being educated on the content of the famous blue folders with all of the forms and instructions on how to legally stop withholding and filing and paying. It's going very well. Be well and stay vigilant.

Bob Schulz In El Paso, Texas Tonight

Well at the moment I'm crossing the Texas desert. Everything's been going well. The weather's clear, sunny, hot. I started out from San Antonio at five this morning. The road is straight for long stretches. So I decided to do some work, process some emails on my computer and do some phone work. I was so absorbed with my work I ran out of gas in the Texas desert. So I got on my cell phone and called for help. I paid eight bucks a gallon for five gallons of gasoline.

I'll be in El Paso in about an hour and a half. Al Marquez, our man on the ground there, is just a splendid, splendid coordinator. He normally is able to turn all these people out to these meetings for us. He and his people out there, he's a dentist by the way, but he and his people out there handed out over two thousand flyers to all of the people who were filing there tax returns telling them about this meeting tonight.

Bob talks about the Jim Bohannon radio show last night.

He was a tough bird I'll tell ya. This fellow just had an agenda.

We've got meetings following this one in El Paso. We've got Tucson and Phoenix. Good crowds expected there as well thank God. Well first Albuquerque then Arizona. Then I celebrate Easter so I'm going to fly from Phoenix home for Easter Sunday, spend a couple of days and then fly back to Phoenix and pick it up again throughout California, Oregon, Washington, and so forth. So we're making plans, we've got a lot to report. We're asking people now all over the country to write us or email us if they want our lawyer to write to their company, this won't cost the people anything, and the lawyer will write to the company and will speak about workers rights. That people have a right to work without a W4. We've got a full work load ahead of us for the rest of the year.

Austin, Texas Meeting A Huge Sucess

I've got a five o'clock interview with Carl Wigglesworth on the radio. Last night was outstanding. We had a huge crowd at a popular place in downtown Austin called Threadgills. There were 100 or more people there. The libertarians got the word out, the republican liberty caucus got the word out, the We The People congress got the word out. It started at six thirty, it was supposed to end at eight thirty but they wouldn't quit and they just stayed.

The whole trip's going very well. I've got a radio interview with a 50,000 watt station here in San Antonio at five o'clock, in a little while, maybe half an hour. And then a meeting at seven and then at ten o'clock we'll be on the Jim Bohannon show, Joe Banister and I. Jim Bohannon is a very, very popular nighttime talk show host. He's got 365 radio stations that carry him in the evening all over the country so it's really quite, you know, it's the big time. It's a big, big show.

Bob Schulz On Way To Austin, Texas Monday Night

I just got off of the telephone with Mike Bodine after discussing the blog idea with him. I was taking Mike through an online blogger bootcamp lesson and he typed the following sentence into the Bob Schulz blog editor.

bob schulz on way to austin, tx mon night

An historic moment indeed.

I immediately called Bob Schulz on his cell phone and he was hurridly trying to get into his van and make the meeting on time in Austin, Texas at 6:30 Texas time.

I traveled with Bob down through south Georgia about a year ago and now he is back out on the road doing it again.

Bob was too busy trying to get to the meeting on time and didn't want to do an audioblog interview right at the moment, however, I will hopefully be posting an audioblog interview with Bob Schulz here at the Bob Schulz blog in the very near future.

Stay tuned.
